عقد البيع عن بعد
- الأطراف
- البائع: يتم توضيح اسم الشركة، العنوان، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم السجل الضريبي في تذييل الموقع أو في بداية هذه الصفحة.
- المشتري: الشخص الذي يقوم بالشراء عبر الموقع ويُذكر اسمه وعنوانه ومعلومات الاتصال كما أدخلها أثناء الطلب.
- موضوع العقد
- موضوع هذا العقد هو تحديد حقوق والتزامات الطرفين بشأن بيع وتسليم المنتجات/الخدمات التي يطلبها المشتري إلكترونيًا عبر موقع البائع، وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك رقم 6502 واللوائح المتعلقة بعقود البيع عن بعد في الجمهورية التركية.
- عملية الطلب والدفع
- يقوم المشتري باختيار المنتجات وإضافتها إلى عربة التسوق، ثم استكمال بياناته والموافقة على هذا العقد وسياسة الخصوصية وشروط التسليم والاسترجاع قبل إتمام الدفع.
- يتم الدفع من خلال وسائل الدفع المتاحة (بطاقة ائتمان، تحويل بنكي، أو غيرها)، ويُعد تأكيد الدفع بمثابة قبول نهائي للطلب.
- التسليم وحق الانسحاب
- يتم تسليم المنتجات إلى عنوان المشتري خلال المدة الموضحة في صفحة شروط التسليم والاسترجاع.
- يحق للمشتري الانسحاب من العقد خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام بدون إبداء أسباب، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات المنصوص عليها في القانون لبعض أنواع المنتجات كما هو مذكور في سياسة الاسترجاع.
- حل النزاعات
- تُحل أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذا العقد أمام هيئات تحكيم شكاوى المستهلك أو محاكم المستهلك المختصة في تركيا ضمن الحدود المالية المنصوص عليها في القانون.

- Parties
- Seller: The legal entity whose name, address, phone number, email and tax registration details are provided on the Website or at the beginning of this page.
- Buyer: The person placing an order through the Website, whose name, address and contact details are provided during the order process.
- Subject of the contract
- The subject of this Contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Website, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant Distance Selling Regulations.
- Order and payment process
- The Buyer selects the products, adds them to the cart, fills in the required information and confirms having read and accepted this Contract, the Privacy Policy and the Delivery and Return Conditions before completing the payment.
- Payment is made through the available payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer or others), and the confirmation of payment is deemed as the final acceptance of the order.
- Delivery and right of withdrawal
- Products are delivered to the Buyer’s address within the time frame stated in the Delivery and Return Conditions page.
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions defined by law for certain product types as stated in the Return Policy.
- Dispute resolution
- Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be submitted to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Türkiye within the monetary limits set by the applicable legislation.
