شروط التسليم والاسترجاع

يتم تسليم الطلبات داخل تركيا إلى العنوان الذي يحدده العميل أثناء إكمال عملية الشراء.
مدة التسليم المتوقعة من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الدفع، وقد تختلف المدة حسب مدينة العميل وشركة الشحن.
لا يتحمل البائع مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركة الشحن أو الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة (القوة القاهرة مثل الكوارث الطبيعية، الأحوال الجوية، الإضرابات…).

يتم توضيح تكلفة الشحن بشكل منفصل قبل إتمام الطلب، وقد تكون مجانية عند تجاوز حد معيّن من قيمة الطلب حسب الحملات والعروض النشطة.
في حال فشل التسليم بسبب خطأ في بيانات العنوان أو عدم استلام المشتري للطلب، قد يتم تحميل المشتري تكاليف الشحن لإعادة الإرسال.

يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الإلغاء خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام المنتج، ما لم يكن المنتج من الفئات المستثناة وفقًا للقانون (مثل المنتجات المفتوحة المستخدمة، المنتجات الصحية/التجميلية بعد فتح التغليف، المنتجات المصممة خصيصًا حسب الطلب).
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والفاتورة الأصلية.
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم رد المبلغ خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 14 يوم عمل إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء، مع مراعاة المدة التي تستغرقها البنوك في تنفيذ الحوالة.

إذا كان سبب الإرجاع خطأ من البائع (منتج تالف، خاطئ، مختلف عن الوصف)، يتحمل البائع تكاليف الشحن.
إذا كان سبب الإرجاع رغبة العميل فقط (تغيير رأي، مقاس غير مناسب…) مع سلامة المنتج، يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك في الحملات الترويجية.

في حال استلام منتج تالف أو به عيب واضح، يجب على العميل إبلاغ خدمة العملاء خلال 48 ساعة مع إرسال صور توضح حالة المنتج والتغليف.
يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج بمنتج مماثل أو استرجاع قيمته وفقًا لاختياره، بعد التحقق من الحالة من قبل فريق الدعم.

Delivery and Return Conditions

Orders within Türkiye are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation, and may vary depending on the customer’s city and the shipping company.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

Shipping fees are shown separately before completing the order and may be free above a certain order value according to active campaigns.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or the customer’s absence/refusal to receive the order, the customer may be charged additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, unless the product falls under the exceptions defined by law (such as opened personal care products, used items, customized products made specifically upon request).
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and the original invoice.
After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase, taking into account bank processing times.

If the return is due to a Seller’s fault (damaged, defective, wrong or not as described product), the Seller will cover the shipping costs.
If the return is due to the customer’s decision (change of mind, wrong size, etc.) while the product is intact, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated in promotional campaigns.

If a damaged or visibly defective product is received, the customer must notify Customer Service within 48 hours and provide photos showing the product and packaging.
The customer has the right to request a replacement with an identical product or a full refund after verification by the support team
